W3C

This site has been designed to conform as closely as possible to the WAI A and AA accessibility standards where HTML is used. Where documents are made available in other formats, conformance has not been achieved.

If you experience difficulties using the site, please email education@nca-ceop.gsi.gov.uk and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs wherever reasonably possible.

Increasing text size

Some users might find screen text easier to read by increasing the size at which text is displayed. Most modern browsers will allow you to zoom in by pressing CTRL/CMD and the ‘+’ symbol, and zoom out by pressing CTRL/CMD and the ‘-‘ symbol. In addition, some browsers allow you to permanently set a text size.

Please consult your browser’s help documentation to find out how to do this.

Downloadable documents

Where possible we have included downloadable files in both Portable Document Format (PDF) and Rich Text Format (RTF), also indicated is the file size.
